Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all orders within Lagos. Our standard shipping option delivers your purchases within 3 to 5 business days after your order is processed and confirmed.
Express Shipping: For those who need their items a bit faster, we provide an express shipping option. Express shipping delivers your products within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation. Please note that express shipping may incur additional charges, which will be displayed at the checkout.
Order Processing Time:
Once you place an order with Jobi Wears, we take pride in our prompt processing to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible. Our order processing time typically takes 1 to 2 business days. After this period, your order will be handed over to our shipping partner for delivery.
Shipping Charges:
For all orders above ₦50,000, we offer free standard shipping within Lagos. However, for orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₦2000 will be applied at the checkout. Should you choose express shipping, the corresponding shipping charge will be displayed based on your order’s weight and delivery location.
Order Tracking:
At Jobi Wears, we believe in transparency, and we want you to stay informed about your order’s status. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the real-time location of your package until it reaches your doorstep.
Shipping Restrictions:
While we strive to deliver our products to all corners of Lagos, there may be certain remote locations or restricted areas where we are unable to provide our services. International Shipping:
Currently, Jobi Wears focuses solely on delivering to addresses within Lagos, Nigeria. We do not offer inter-state and international shipping at this time. However, we are continually evaluating options to expand our reach, and we’ll be sure to update our customers once inter-sate and international shipping becomes available.
